Follow a strict PM schedule, perform basic facility maintenance such as changing light bulbs and ballasts, and provide general office support. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty or unsafe operations or processes and report those to proper supervision. Comply with and facilitate the enforcement of all safety regulations. Maintain clean and orderly work areas. Manage and record work using a computerized PM and Work Request System.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Electrical troubleshooting up to 480-volt, 3-phase.
Mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics and hydraulics.
Experience with preventive maintenance.
Ability to use hand and electrical tools.
Knowledge of safety protocols such as Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space, SDS, and OSHA regulations.
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
Ability to operate man lifts and lift trucks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment utilizing hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC.
Proficiency with multimeter usage.
Experience with schematic and blueprint reading.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting.
